The project started with a full-scale renovation of a 3 BHK unit located in JLT. From the outset the brief was ambitious: transform the existing apartment into a sophisticated, modern residence, with a rich material palette, strong design detailing, and a touch of Indian‐fusion character. On the functional side, the client required major upgrades to the flooring, washrooms, kitchen, cabinetry and joinery. On the aesthetic side, we introduced architectural features, wallpaper/textile finishes, bespoke joinery, feature walls and themed bedrooms. Our work therefore spanned the entire gamut of civil, architectural and interior‐fit-out scope.
Civil & Structural Works
1.Removal and replacement of existing flooring throughout. SPC flooring has been installed
2.Complete demolition of the existing sanitary fixtures and full tiles of all washrooms. This included removal of old tiles, waterproofing, substrate preparation and installing new tile systems and sanitary ware.
3.Reconfiguration of cabinetry and joinery as needed, including new modular kitchen installation, new wardrobe system in the kids & master bedroom walk-in and bespoke joinery units.
4.Full electrical and lighting updates accompanying the cabinetry changes, joinery installations and design lighting scheme—including accent lighting for feature walls, back-lighting in joinery, ambient lighting in the kitchen and display zones
5.Coordination of plumbing and sanitary works for the washrooms, including rerouting where required, replacement of fixtures and full tiling and waterproofing works
